By accessing this website or engaging the services of Maa Sewa Healthcare, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all patients, family members, and visitors to our platform.

2. Description of Services

Maa Sewa Healthcare provides professional home healthcare services in Pune, including but not limited to:

• ICU setup at home with technical clinical monitoring.
• Specialized nursing care (12/24 hour shifts).
• Elderly medical assistance and post-operative care.
• Home physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

3. User Responsibilities

Users and patients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history for the patient.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for our clinical staff during home visits.
• Comply with the payment terms as outlined in the selected care package.
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for shift cancellations or modifications.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for clinical excellence, Maa Sewa Healthcare and its employees shall not be held liable for clinical complications arising from pre-existing conditions, failure of family to follow doctor's advice, or delays in reaching a hospital during emergencies. Our role is strictly supportive and auxiliary to the primary treating physician's protocols.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
